Drew Williamson (drew.williamson@lw.com) at Latham & Watkins is expensive but extremely sharp and responsive. If you want to minimize cost, go with Cynthia Baroumand (cynthia@baroumand.com). I did some contract work with her.

David is the author of the popular Tech Contracts Pocket Guide and knows his stuff backwards and forwards. He's also very down to earth, listens well, and gives clear, succinct advice.
